Furthermore you can send accounts electronically and decide what series or number of notices you wish to use. Our basic program delivers the functionality, effectiveness and costing that you expect in a professional pre-collection service.

Reporting in this program would be provided that would show mail returns, thus alerting you to accounts that may become write-offs.

» Pre-Collection Program II:

This program adds an automated messaging component that has proven to be effective in conjunction with a notice or series of notices. By adding our automated Smart Voice Messaging we are able to enhance the effort through this contact mechanism. An automated and scripted telephone message is sent to the consumer after or prior to the notice or notice series with instructions to either contact your offices directly. We can also adjust the program to handle inbound calls at our end and direct the consumer to make payment directly to you.

Reports from this program would provide you with the statistical analysis that would show contacts made, promises to pay and non-responsive categories.

» Pre-Collection III

This premier package consists of the notice or notice series, automated voice messaging and the addition of a phone call to the consumer from a certified collector. This one-two punch is unmatched in the collection industry today. The collector will through a scripted call direct the consumer to bring the account up to date and note any items and responses from the consumer.

Reporting from this program would include all electronic notes, returned mail notification and no contact notification.
